Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable reservation retainer is due upon receipt of the invoice to reserve the Client's event date. The event date is not considered booked or guaranteed until Ever Moments Booths has received both the signed agreement and the required reservation retainer. The reservation retainer will be applied toward the total amount due under this Agreement. Because Ever Moments Booths reserves the event date exclusively for the Client and may decline other bookings for that date, the reservation retainer is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the schedule event.
